Autoresponder |
Only available on certain accounts. An autoresponder can
send an automatic acknowledgement e-mail when your account receives an
e-mail to a designated address. For example, a "Thank You For Your
Order" message may be sent automatically once an order is received. |

Domain Name Setup* |
You will get an internationally-registered domain name
that you choose/create (example: mygreatdomainname.com). Both your
web page(s) and you e-mail (internet electronic mail) will use this
special, private domain name. Note that our fees do not include the
required domain name registration fee of $70 for the first two years and
$35/year thereafter. Once you order your domain name and our services, you
will receive a separate invoice from Internic, the company which registers
domain names throughout the world. |

E-Mail Target(s) |
You will receive one (or more) primary e-mail target
address(es). For example: customer524@mygreatdomainname.com.
This will be your internal address. The actual address to which people
will write to you will be XYZ@mygreatdomainname.com, where XYZ can
by virtually anything you choose. See also UNLIMITED E-MAIL FORWARDING. |

E-Mail Tech. Support |
E-mail technical support will be available with
typically a one-business-day turn-around time. |

Feedback Form |
If you request it on your order form, a Feedback Form
where the site visitors can tell you anything they wish about your site
will be included free of charge. You will also get instructions |

Metatags |
To improve the chances that internet users who are
searching for your type of business find your site, you can specify
keywords in "metatags." We will include mitigate information for
your home page (the page on your site that a visitor hits first) if you
specify the keywords you wish when you place your order. |

Modification Fees |
Basic setup fees cover the initial posting of your site
(see Site & Page Design). If you want to make changes later, fees will
be $35/page/incident for basic information changes such as product prices,
name, address, and phones. Estimates for more extensive changes such as
alterations in layout, changes in products and/or their descriptions,
adding pages, or addition of complex elements or extensive graphics will
be provided on request. |

Number of Pages |
Sites come with a preset design, which includes a fixed
number of pages. Names of pages can be changed and pages can be added for
additional fees (see Modification Fees). |

Online Credit Card Processing/Approval |
A turnkey merchant account is available which
automatically accepts all major credit cards and includes online approval
of payments, an automated shopping system including a shopping
"basket," automated sales tax computations, acceptance of all
major credit cards, custom & UPS shipping tables, on-line order
tracking. The setup fee for this service is varies from $55 to $250
(depending on your requirements) and the monthly fee
for this service is $75.00. (These fees do not include changes to
your online store; see Modification Fees). |

Setup Fee |
This fee includes producing your basic (template) web
site with the information you specify in your site order already inserted.
It also includes publishing the site to the web. Also included is securing
your domain name, ordering your domain name registration (for which there
is a separate charge by Internic), and creation of your e-mail account(s). |

Site & Page Design |
Your web page will have the professional design elements
shown in the sample style you choose. It will already include the
information you specify on the order form. |
|
Site Statistics |
Information such number of hits, browsers used by your
site visitors, pages visited most frequently, time of day of hits, etc.
can be provided. |
|
SSL (secure pages) |
If you collect personal information from visitors (such
as names, addresses, phones, orders, and/or credit card information), you
can offer to protect their privacy by offering a secure connection. Such a
connection is indicated to the site visitor in Netscape by a full,
non-broken key symbol, and in Internet Explorer by a padlock. The setup
fee for adding SSL to accounts which do not automatically include it is
$145, and the monthly fee for SSL is $29.95. |

Storage Fee |
This monthly fee covers the storage of your site on the
World Wide Web, making it accessible to any internet user in the world.
You need no computer storage resources on your own machine; it is kept on
our servers, which are backed up (copies are made of everything in case of
emergency) every 24 hours. |

Throughput Fees |
Most providers charge for "bandwidth," which
refers to the amount of data transmitted over the net. With Sachs
Scientific & Technical Services, there is no bandwidth charge
regardless of usage level. Your visitors can click through constantly with
no additional charge to you. |

Unlimited E-Mail Forwarding |
You will receive one primary e-mail target address
(example: customer524@mygreatdomainname.com). However, ANY GROUP OF
NAMES NAME can
be used before the "@ ," and the mail will be forwarded to the
e-mail target automatically. For example, john@mygreatdomainname.com,
mary@mygreatdomainname.com,
owner@mygreatdomainname.com,
cutelittlepuppy@mygreatdomainname.com,
shipping@mygreatdommainname.com,
customerservice@mygreatdomainname.com,
orderdesk@mygreatdomainname.com
would all be forwarded automatically to customer524.com. When you pick up
your messages, you will be able to tell how the incoming message was
addressed. |

Web Space |
This indicates the storage area in megabytes (MB, or
millions of bytes) allocated for your site. Additional space is available
at $7.50 for each 5MB per month, if required. |
